Maceo Plex to headline Sunburn Solaris

Last month, Sunburn Festival announced that Martin Garrix and The Chainsmokers are the first two acts confirmed to headline this year's show in Goa. The festival India's biggest and is praised as one of the largest dance music events in the entire world, attracting as many as 300,000 attendees each year.

For 2019, Sunburn will be celebrating its homecoming as it makes its way back to Goa's Vagator Beach, after being hosted in Pune for the last few years. This isn't the only major change to the festival, as organisers recently revealed plans to begin their own underground music venture- 'SOLARIS'. To help inaugurate this brand new experience, Sunburn has called on help from the all-time master of house and techno: Maceo Plex.

Maceo Plex

Maceo Plex is well known amongst the underground music community, with his iconic tracks serving as a staple for DJ sets around the world. The producer is frequently nominated for DJ Awards, having previously won the prizes for Producer and Deep House. Earlier this year, Maceo Plex added to his list of accolades as he was crowned the winner in the Melodic House and Techno category.

Whilst he is the only headliner to be announced for this new project thus far, Maceo Plex is sure to join a long list of royalty from across the electronic music spectrum. You can check out his latest track Lonely Tribe below.

Sunburn Goa will be held at Vagator Beach from Friday December 27 until Sunday 29 December, more information and ticket purchases are available via the button below.
