For me, when I'm travelling to a new city there's nothing better than sitting among the clouds and admiring your surroundings, but it's not always easy to figure out where is best to do so. To help you out with this, we've compiled a list of the city's best bars, so you can see for yourself where's best to soak in Singapore's breathtaking skyline.
1. Aura Sky Lounge

Sitting on top of the National Gallery, Aura doubles up as both an Italian restaurant and a bar. The Sky Lounge is located on the floor above the actual restaurant, creating a chilled atmosphere that's perfect for sipping on cocktails whilst gazing down at the night view.
If it's fine dining, light bites or laid-back drinks that you're after, Aura is definitely the place to be.
2. Loof

Loof is positioned at the top of Odeon Towers and is famed for being Singapore's first standalone rooftop bar. For those who want a break from pretentious bars and uptight dress codes, look no further! Loof promotes a lively, friendly vibe with a DJ on hand to keep the party going, so it's less standing around with overpriced cocktails and more beer-pong and boogieing. A mouthwatering selection of food (we recommend the partay platter) accompanies reasonably priced drinks, particularly during the 5-8pm happy hours when you can grab a beer or fizz for just $10. In addition to this, the happy hour operates on a ‘Beat the Clock’ concept, where from 5pm spirits and wines are $5 and increase by $1 each hour.
3. Mr. Stork Rooftop Bar

Nestled on the 39th floor of the Andaz hotel, this bar is the perfect spot to take a date- teepees scattered between luscious foliage make for an extremely intimate ambience, ideal for getting some one-on-one time.
4. CÉ LA VI
