1. AMF 2019 Full Lineup Out Now

AMF Amsterdam Music Festival Lineup

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is an annual five-day celebration of electronic music, which doubles up as a conference in the daytime and a party at night. The 24th ADE will be held from 16-20 October- one of the highlights of the week will be the Amsterdam Music Festival (AMF), which will be held at the Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Currently, the lineup for AMF consists of Alesso, Armin van Buuren, Coone, David Guetta, Don Diablo, Jonas Blue, Tiësto and Timmy Trumpet B2B with W&W.

To top it all off, DJ Mag will also be revealing the results of their highly-anticipated Top 100 DJ rankings, which is celebrated as the world’s biggest music poll. Will Martin Garrix finally be knocked from the top spot after a three-year reign?

2. Nicki Minaj Announces "Retirement" Before Deleting Tweet and Apologizing

Nicki Minaj has been all over the headlines this week, after announcing her on Twitter that she would be retiring and focusing her efforts on having a family.

Shortly after, Nicki's fanbase "The Barbz" responded by saying how hurt and shocked they were at the sudden decision, with one going as far to say "You never left us so hurt your entire career. We’re just hurting Nicki". In the aftermath, the rapper deleted her original tweet and reassured fans by saying she's "still right here".

3. Alan Walker Aviation Tour Coming Soon

Good news for Alan Walker fans! The 21-year old DJ has revealed that his AVIATION TOUR will be landing at three cities across China, beginning in Chengdu on 10/27 before moving to Shanghai on 10/29 and ending in Foshan on 11/2.

This will mark the second time this year that a DJ has performed at the Shanghai Mercedes - Benz Cultural Center, with The Chainsmokers being the first.

4. Avicii Tribute Concert Tickets Sell Out in Under 30 Minutes

The Avicii production team announced in early September that the Avicii tribute concert, curated by the Tim Bergling Foundation, will be held on December 5th this year. Among those set to perform are childhood friend Otto Knows, Rita Ora, David Guetta, DVLM, Laidback Luke, Nicky Romero and Aloe Blacc, who featured on one of the late artist's tracks.

Tickets for the concert unsurprisingly sold out in less than 30 minutes after going on sale, with fans eager to show their support. In honour of Avicii's memory, proceeds from the event will go towards foundations and organizations that work to support mental health needs and suicide prevention.

5. Swedish House Mafia Offer Fans Lifetime AAA Pass

To celebrate the epic reunion of Swedish House Mafia and to thank fans for their continued support over the years, the supergroup recently announced that they will be giving out 33 lifetime access all areas passes.
